I am all here
About five years ago I stood on the edge of Lake Louise in Banff National Park and I put my hand on my chest and I felt my heartbeat, and I whispered to myself: “I am all here.”
No part of me was missing. No part of me was left behind or clipped off by the things I’ve been through. Some pieces might be damaged, some broken, but I was still there.
